1. Subscription Services

1.1. We offer subscription-based services for content, user, and subscription management. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page.

1.2. Subscription fees will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. For monthly plans, you'll be charged on the same date each month. For annual plans, you'll be charged once a year on the anniversary of your subscription start date.

1.3. Subscriptions will automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring subscription term unless cancelled before the renewal date.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. You authorize us to charge the applicable recurring subscription fees to your designated payment method.

2.2. If a payment is declined, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services. We may also pursue collection of any unpaid balances.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

3.2. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or unused services.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

4.2. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Posting obscene, violent, or crude content
• Harassing or stalking other users
• Violating copyright laws
• Hacking or introducing viruses
• Conducting scams or spam activities

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Our platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Media Management Platform and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Media Management Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
